The minimum qualification required to apply is a pass in the 10+2 examination from any stream of study (Science / Commerce/ Arts) from PUC / ISC / CBSE or any other equivalent board recognised by the State/ Central Government. 

Overview

This Bachelor of Arts programme proposes an amalgamation of three streams: Psychology, Communicative English, Human Resource Management and Employee Relations. The primary goal of the programme is to train students with a strong foundation in Psychology and English Communication for Human Resources Management. The curriculum focuses on providing exposure to the latest domain, knowledge and practices through experiential learning consisting of three distinct yet mutually supportive segments classroom, internships, and fieldwork.
