The Department of Sports run by Dr. Shankar U.V, Sports Director, JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) came into existence in 1990. Ever since its inception, the Department has made an impact in the sporting arena by producing sports persons of repute who have won accolades individually and as teams at the Olympics, International, National, State and University levels. The Department came under the ambit of JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) in 2009.

Library: The center provides a range of services to support and enhance student learning at the campus. Our students have access to a vast collection of national and international print journals supported by current and comprehensive electronic resources and qualified staff members to provide research support and consultation.
E-Library: E-Library is a comprehensive collection of content of books (non-book materials), periodicals / project reports / research articles / handbooks / manuals / newsletters etc. The key benefits of our e-library are:
Computer Labs: The center fosters an environment in which research and development are integrated into every student. The high-tech computer labs comprise 15 inch TFT monitors, high configuration PCs, 24/7 internet facilities, Wi-Fi connectivity and network data storage facilities.
GSEAS – A learning management system is an online cloud-based learning platform and marketplace that provides an open and seamless ecosystem, leveraging on technology to help instructors deliver content to the students; administer quizzes, tests, and other assignments; track students’ progress; and manage record keeping. This platform supports blended learning and flipped classrooms.
Networked Technology: We provide a comprehensive computer-based service at the IT center with high speed internet access including Wi-Fi connectivity. There are computers in the classrooms and laboratories with a range of specialist applications to support study programs.
HNA was established to enhance the capabilities of individuals and organizations through professional training, research, and consultancy. The aim of the academy is to bring people together and work towards a common goal to enhance productivity and effectiveness of individuals as team members. It aims at bringing about a positive transformation in individuals through a healthy infusion of 'VALUES'. Addressing the need to equip students with requisite knowledge and skills to strengthen their minds, a course titled "Mind Management and Human Values" has been designed for all UG students of JAIN (Deemed-to-be University). Mind Management and Human Values is a compulsory subject offered to all the students at the undergraduate level as one of the Value Enhancing Course. Vishva Chaitanya, Vishva Chaarana, and Vishva Spandana are the three unique programs pioneered by HNA.
CVLI at JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) was established in 2010 to promote seamless learning on a virtual platform. The center has launched the Technology Enhance Learning (TEL) for its various programs. The idea is to harness the power of technology and internet, in particular to develop a unique method of learning process that is learner-centric.
