The Finance Office monitors the economic activities, ensuring adherence to the general legal framework and the fundamental principles of management. Led by Mr. Ramamurthy S.L., the finance team exhibits financial acumen and manages the dynamics of an ever-fluctuating economy.
The Facilities and Project Office is an integral part of JAIN (Deemed-to-be University). Mr. M.S. Parswanath is the Director. The office is responsible for all the structures and services at JGI Group. The services offered by the department vary from simple management and maintenance of existing facilities to hard-core management.
The Communications Office offers brand identity management, media relations, graphic design, integrated web communications, audio and video production, and print management. Ms. Aparna Prasad has established a recognizable brand identity for JAIN (Deemed-to-be University). The office promotes the University by delivering communication strategies and creative services.
The Human Resources Office supports the mission and goals of JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) inspecting employee-benefits design, employee recruitment, training and development, performance appraisal, and reward management. The HR also deals with the organizational change and industrial relations. Under the guidance of Ms. Aparna Prasad, the office manages the human capital of the organization and focuses on implementing policies and processes.
The Office of Student Fee Services provides excellent fee service for our students while maintaining internal controls that ensure financial transactions are accurately processed and proper records are maintained. It serves as the central depository for the collection and reporting of student fees by collecting tuition, administration fees and other related student charges.
JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) accepts applications from thousands of students for the Under Graduate (UG), Post Graduate (PG), and Doctoral (Ph.D.) programs. It has a centralized admission process for all the programs offered with the entire process handled by the Admissions office. The students are enrolled based on the merit secured in the entrance test.
