Mr. Shrinath Bhat's research interests include a wide range of topics, such as environmental remediation, PFAS immobilization in soil, tissue engineering, drug delivery, interface science, nanosorbents, and the manufacturing of devices for field investigations on water and health. The synthesis of Activated Carbon (AC) and its composites for various applications and their exploration are also current research endeavours. Here are a few of the main areas of research interest:
Mr. Shrinath joined Centre for Research in Functional Materials (CRFM) in July 2022. He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Science from M.M. Arts and Science college, Sirsi, India and moved to Jain University, Bengaluru, India to pursue Master's degree in General Chemistry.
He is a sports person who likes to play cricket, badminton, etc. He likes to hangout with his friends and go for trekking. Furthermore, he keenly interested in farming.
